Long standing problem (weeks) with downstairs toilet door lock and even longer standing (years) problem with front door which was not just the lock.  Your colleague Darren came at 8am and dealt successfully with both problems in about 1 1/2 hours and at very reasonable cost. The front door was ok for about 6-8 months after installation but never after that despite repeated attempts by the installer and then by other "specialists". 

Darren was the first person to know what he was looking at within a very short space of time. It involved the lock, the door frame, the brickwork into which the door frame fits, the manner by which the door frame was locked into the brickwork, some very old movement of the brick structure, and a hinge bolt wear problem. Darren diagnosed it all very swiftly, got the bits and carried out the restoration. 10 out of 10 for Darren. My wife and I are more pleased than we can say.
